Shipping Policy
Nest & Ribbon ships physical products (such as Founder gifts or merch) within the U.S. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.
Tracking information will be emailed once your item ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our gift-wrapping service and Founder-specific merchandise, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
